Why I Started This Journey
Hi, I’m Aneska, an ordinary working woman who decided it was time to take control of my health — one step at a time. Like many people, I struggled to find time for gym workouts and intense fitness programmes. That’s when I discovered walking pads and realised I could improve my health right from home. I started walking regularly after work, slowly building the habit and learning how small daily efforts can lead to real change. Through Walk to Wellness Life, I share my honest experiences, challenges, and progress — so that others know they’re not alone on this journey.
